I did not include the screencap of the conversation, as what he posted wasn't the full conversation. You can find the screencap he posted at FourMonkeys4me+1 linked above. Oh, and Gary you will be going to jail. I'm sure of it. Investigations take a long, long time. Just because you aren't in jail doesn't mean you won't be going there later.

Red: You Googled and you didn't find the massive amount of blogs, posts, comments against Gary and A4? Just THESE alone would have given you a ton of reading. I call bullcrap. 

Green: We welcome the authorities to prove us right. You keep saying enough is enough, yet you do nothing to stop the problems. You keep failing to be transparent. You keep being belligerent and rude to other parents. You keep doing all the things you are accused of doing.

Red: Yes, someone does. That someone is Gary. FMFM+1 proved that he was the one leaving nasty threatening comments on her blog by using his IP.  Gary should worry about all that he has done.

Green: Whoa. A terrorist? A pedophile? Care to prove those? Or are people just supposed to take your word at face value? A thief and a scammer. Absolutely. Numerous proof has been given to that.

Orange: Because this is Gary. He is a drama whore.

Red: Again, this is Gary. He had to bring up something that wasn't even currently happening in order to create drama. Yes, the 'hatters' bring up stuff from 2011. However, there's is still continuing to go on. It's called a pattern of behavior.

Red: He's engaging a phantom. No one did anything to him. He started this entire night of drama all on his own. He continued the entire night of drama all on his own.

Orange: If that's your reason for posting, then why didn't you post a picture of that instead? Because you're lying about it. It's quite simple. No one has threaten your children, your wife, your life, or anything. The only thing that's been threatened is your freedom. Jail equals zero freedom.

Green: And another person gone simply by Gary's own drama causing ways.

Blue: Once again, where's YOUR proof Gary? You scream for everyone to post proof against you. They do. Where's yours? Why didn't you call the police? Oh that's right. Making a false complaint is a crime.

Red: Finally! Someone noticed that his post was from 2011!

Orange: Yes! 100% correct!

Green: Notice, he handles it. The police don't. Facebook doesn't. He does. Because he's the only one that can in his mind. 

Red: Correct. The Attorney General of Connecticut is well aware of your claims, your scams, your schemes, your harassment, and much more. Several state, local, and other authorities have also been alerted about you Gary.

Green: Exactly. -IF- someone was actually doing what he claims, that is the direction someone should take. However, since it's not actually happening, Gary cannot do anything about it.

Red: Again, great information. Too bad for Gary that it only exists in his imagination. 

Red: He claims it's current drama. Then says it's current drama about something else entirely. The timestamps  clearly show that the actual conversation comes from 2011.

Red: Gary, if you aren't talking about things from 2011, then why are you making TWO entire posts about things from 2011. If you actually had physical (ROFL) threats from 2 weeks ago, why did you not share that? As a businessman, you SHOULD be afraid of being unpopular. That's how businesses go out of business. The only people you are outing with these rants is yourself.

Orange: Huge impact on what? Your imaginary case?

He just got done saying he's NOT talking about stuff from 2011. Now, 5 comments later, he is again. THIS is the Gary that the "hatters/pigs/termites/Survivors" want you to see. 

Red: Here she is again. His "Top Fan". I cannot wait until I get to her post and how she really feels. She is definitely trying to earn that iPad.

Orange: Oh really, B? I have been forwarded screencaps that would disagree with that assertion of yours. If you keep claiming that, I can post them.

Green: He's NOT being physically threatened. That's why he cannot get Facebook or the police involved. However, the police ARE involved with the threats he made against other people.

Red: Exactly. Want proof?

Orange: This is exactly what he does. There are LOTS that have been banned from A4 to daring to question anything. For attempting to bring to light the injustices Gary has done to them. For simply posting a comment that he construes as wrong. It's sick.

1/31/13 Post 5 (part 2)

Whoa. So, because you receive something, you have to remain a faithful supporter FOR LIFE? What other company does that? Let's also notice that this 'supporter' of Gary's claims that those against him must not have special needs children. How dare she go there! Then she further continues to act like a drama queen by calling those against Gary termites. THIS is how he wants people to act? Remember, this is one of his "Top Supporters"!

Actually Gary, it does matter what David thinks. It matters what every single person on your site thinks. If you were a proper businessman, you would know this. If it's about the truth though, why don't you start telling the truth? Your claims against Taffie were proven false, as she can provide PROOF that what she says is true.

And another one bites the dust. Gary did this all by himself. David started out simply questioning why Gary had to do these posts in a public forum. It ended up with David realizing that Gary does NOT care what the community members want. It's only what Gary wants. David, I'm so sorry you had to see the true Gary this way. I'm so glad you saw him for what he is though.

As for you, Johnna, they HAVE. The COMMUNITY is who buys the iPads, not Gary. Please, do not believe it is anything other than that.

Let things happen his way. Or you can leave. That's it. Period.

And no, Michelle, David's comments did not sound like he was against Gary and everything he does. He sounded like a man trying to get someone to understand that BUSINESMEN do NOT act like this! However, since he dared to question Gary, you went on full attack mode. How typical.

This is where my screencaps of this post end. I'm sure there were more comments, but you can read them yourself, if you so choose, if they still exist.

Please realize one thing about A4. Do not question anything ever. If you do, even as simply as to ask how the contests work, you will be vilified and virtually tarred and feathered by the top supporters, then banned by Gary himself.

1/31/13 Post 5 (Part 1)

This is post FIVE of this same night. Can you believe we haven't let January 31st yet? Once again, this is another call to kiss his butt. This one ends up being completely different than the previous butt kissing post.

If it were about the children, why does Gary refuse to link to other sites that can help children? Why does Gary refuse to allow people to link their fundraiser for their child? Why does Gary spend an insane amount of (community raised) money on travel, when Apple ships iPads for free? If it were about the children, wouldn't you do anything you could for the children?

Actually, he IS the problem.

Remember how I told you to pay attention to the orange arrows... here you go. Keep an eye on them. This man will post a ton of things each more desperate in order to get Gary to notice him.

Once again, he has no proof of anything he is claiming, yet he continues on. As for putting A4 on the line, he should have thought of that long ago.

Green: Once again, this isn't how a businessman should ever act.

Blue: He refuses. He even refuses to give them to the AG of CT!

Yellow: This man will be a voice of reason. He will continue to ask why Gary allows the drama on his page, why Gary perpetuates the drama.

Red: Really? Gary is the king of deleting posts. You will see this later on when I link you to whole posts that no longer exist.

Blue: The truth is coming out Gary and you are afraid of it.

Brown: Couldn't play the game anymore. That's exactly what it is. Too many people have asked exactly how to 'win' an iPad, the 'rules' are posted, then Gary announces a winner that didn't follow these stated rules. Yet, when confronted about it, Gary goes on about how it's HIS page and he can do what he wants.

Yellow: Once again, a voice of reason. Why does the community need this information? Especially information that has been proven to be false.

Red: The protocol has been followed. The AG is still waiting for you to turn over your financial statements.

Green: If you actually knew the truth, you wouldn't be on A4 anymore.

Blue: What IS more important? To Gary, that would be the drama because he can attempt to make himself look like a victim.

Green: It's stealing, not steeling. The Attorney General has been given documents pertaining to Gary's theft of the Special Needs community.

Red: I hope you remember this statement when it's you Gary is accusing of something next.

Well, in reality, the law is who is telling him how he can do it. That's why laws exist about accepting donations across state lines, accepting donations internationally, while claiming to be a business or charity.

Red: They have, repeatedly, you delete it or try to manipulate it to say it's been taken out of context.

Yellow: I wasn't around at this point in time, but several people have mentioned this. You can read one person's recollection of it HERE.

1/31/13 Post Three (Part 2)

Red: Once again, I have no idea what this poster means by this. Are they saying Melissa is Gary? Or are they saying it takes a scammer to know a scammer. I would love to know.

Orange: Well, make sure to inform Gary of that as well. He is the one posting most of the negative and destructive behavior. Remember, he's the one that made the original posts.

Green: And they are. Investigations take time.

Blue: Once again, Gary is blaming someone and saying they are one of the fake profiles, yet once again, he has no proof of this.

Purple: Exactly. He could put a stop to it. He won't. I'm not sure he can.

Yellow: How do you know what these people are doing? And yes, they are making a difference. I saw the light because of them.

Um...what? People have to create fake profiles because Gary bans their real ones for daring to ask a question. I've yet to see ONE PERSON say they didn't receive what was sent. Do you pay attention at all to what the complaints actually are? Apparently not. One of the complaints is that he doesn't give out the amount he takes in. In example, he takes in enough money for 14 iPads and only gives out 10. Does that make it clear enough for you?

Red: Yes, you are. You've collected 10's of thousands of dollars in donations. You are legally required to be transparent with what you did with that money. Maybe not to the public since you're just a d.b.a. but you are are required to report it to someone. At this point, that'd be the Attorney General that you seem hell bent on refusing.

Orange: Did he really say that? Is he publicly admitting he's funneling the money collected in HIS NAME through Very Special People?? VSP has not done a single fundraiser. They've all been done in Gary's name, through A4. Something is EXTREMELY fishy here.

.Yes, he really said this. THAT should wake people up.

Are you reading this? Can you believe this? A business man went there. Taffie and Melissa BOTH had contacted him, however he just HAD to post what he believed to be the truth. No proof other than 'his word' that this was true.

Also note, he claims their IP addresses are the same, which means he's collecting more than just your name, address, etc on his website. What is he doing with this information? Besides the obvious, I mean.

He also says he's going to post the police report? Oh heaven help me. However, I do love this statement:

"... if you scam A4 or our community, we will do everything we can to prove your are lying." Isn't that what the 'hatters' are doing? Doing everything they can to show you are a scammer? and a liar?

Ok. First off, green arrow: As you can see, I clearly missed some comments. For that, I am truly sorry. You can check the link above, but I don't know if comments were deleted from the beginning, as I don't have those comments.

Red arrow: 114 people like this! What a sick thing to like based on ZERO evidence.

Blue arrow: Someone shared this? What kind of person does that?

Megan, you are correct. In all my years, I've never once witnessed a business that behaved quite like Gary does.

Red: No motive other than to show the truth? Let the police deal with it? It that why you required THREE drama filled posts about it?

Green: Asking for money in the middle of all of this. Wow.

Blue: Once again, Megan, I agree with you. Professional business owners do not act this way, especially not in public.

Yellow: You want to go there Gary? You've posted plenty of links asking for money that was not needed. 33 of the iPads for the 50/50/50 were donated. You only needed to raise funds for 17 more. (Well, 15, since only 48 were actually given out.) So, let's do the math here, shall we? 17 iPads x $450 each (rough estimate on price in 2011) = $7650 How much did you raise for 50/50/50 again? $25,000 at least. Where did the rest of that money go Gary?

Red: That's not a bad idea. The problem is, Gary cannot stay away. He thrives on the drama and discord.

Green: Again, not a bad idea. Once again, this is not something Gary will do. He will do exactly as he pleases, regardless of what the community wants.

Blue: You have 'grown' because you've held contests that required people to get 10 or more people to like it in order to even be entered. 19,000 people with 100 active isn't a great business model.

Red: This is an interesting accusation. I have no idea if it is, but it would definitely explain a lot of things.

Green: Under legal counsel? You expect people to believe legal counsel advised you to publicly berate people? If you actually had legal counsel, they would most likely have advised you to NOT engage with anyone, take a step back from the website, and cooperate with the AG. All things you have not done.

I wasn't aware he had more children. Why does he never talk about them?  Also, once again, you can look up the court records. I did early this morning. Quite an interesting read.

Orange: I wish I'd have captured the full statement. It was truly a great statement. What is more important?

Green: Whoa! Way false answer there Gary. It was not dismissed. He lost. There's a big difference.

Why is it that anytime someone questions Gary, it MUST be a personal vendetta? It's not. It's about protecting special needs families.

Um... Most of them are blocked from the page. That's why. Convince Gary to unblock them and they will.

Red: This is a comment I missed when this was happening live. I am curious as to what the poster means.

Orange: Why is it always this argument? They are only trying to help you from being scammed. Why is this a bad thing?

Green: Once again, you blocked them. Those that aren't blocked are using their real names.

So many things in this one. Red: They are helping others, by trying to keep them from being hurt by Gary.

Orange: That isn't what counts. Paid reviews are biased reviews. Especially when there's no disclosure that you are reading a paid review.

Green: Incorrect. The community gave you your iPad, not Gary. Please, remember that.

Blue: Once again, read this post.

Purple: So, you'd prefer a paid review rather than an honest one?

Red: You really should have read that before you posted. It doesn't say anything about posting the link to the information on a website. However, I wish he would contact an actual attorney because falsifying information on the previous case is liable to bite him in the rear end.

Yellow: Bingo. We have a winner. Had Gary done this in the beginning, there would be no drama (well, from the 'hatters' anyway). There would be no investigation by the Attorney General of Connecticut. Gary chose not to. He simply need to be a legit company/charity and nothing would be said. He's not. That is where the issue comes in.
